RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your ETUUI cases and accessories, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer 14-day returns for all customers in the US. Please note that a return shipping/handling fee is charged for returns. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Please ensure that all products retain their original state, as used or marked items (removed foils or cases with fingerprints etc.) may not be eligible for a refund in most circumstances.
ETUUI reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. Items shipped internationally (outside the USA) are not returnable/refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please contact us via email hello@us.etuui.com and include your order number so we can locate you.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with your return label.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the items are defective, damaged, or if you've received incorrect items. A $5.00-$10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from their refund, depending on the package size.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS?
Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email hello@us.etuui.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please be aware that we are a small business and the process of reversing an online order has many steps and includes the cost of the delivery as well as the many touches — each of which comes with a labor cost — that move the item back into inventory.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- In unused and resellable condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Return everything shipped within 14 days of your delivery date, and we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Gift vouchers.
- All discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping and return shipment expenses are not refundable.
- Returns sent to us without prior mutual communication cannot be accepted.
- ETUUI is not responsible for reimbursing the product or sending it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date, if the product is not in a new and unused condition, including the original packaging, or if it is a final sale item.
- If the item is not returned in its original state, such as being worn, scratched, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
- If the return is made outside of the specified time frame above.
CAN PRODUCTS BE EXCHANGED?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for alternative options within two weeks from the date of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, the quickest way to exchange is to place a new order for the correct size or product and email us your new order number. You will receive a refund once we receive your return.
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of ordering.
Orders that include Final Sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Customs and clearance fees may be applied in addition to international shipping costs. These fees vary by country and should be visible at checkout. ETTUI is not responsible for any customs or clearance charges you may incur. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any local customs and tax charges.
